When it comes to recording your long-awaited day of memories you want to make sure that you get it right, after all you have spent so much time organizing it. The Videographers from Fun In The Sun Productions make sure that you enjoy your day, by working along with the photographers and blending in with what is happening around them, so that you don’t even know that we are there. This allows us to capture naturally and unobtrusively all of the special things that you will experience on the best day of your life.
To achieve this we have created for you three beautiful packages which are……
Start at church (40 minutes before ceremony) to setup and film groom, groomsmen, guests and church and await the arrival of the bride and bridal party, capturing the bride’s arrival and the walk down the aisle.
Full ceremony including the signing of register and photo’s outside church.
Follow the photographer to photo shoot locations capturing all the fun and laughter of the bridal party, as the photos are taken.
At the reception capture a mock cutting of the cake and bridal waltz.
Finishing no later than 6.30pm
A copy of your day will be provided on DVD

16:9 HDV (Widescreen TV) Single Camera Shoot
Start at brides home 2 Hours before the photographer arrives filming whatever is happening with the girls (family & bridesmaids getting ready, makeup, hair,putting on shoes and jewellery, final straightening of dress, photographersetting up shots, etc)
Leave for church to setup and film groom, groomsmen, guests and church and await the arrival of the bride and bridal party, capturing the bride’s arrival and the walk down the aisle.
Full ceremony including the signing of register and photo’s outside the church.
Follow the photographer to all photo shoot locations capturing all the fun and laughter of the bridal party, as the photos are being taken.
At the reception, capturing the Bridal party’s arrival, the guests, speeches, dancing, cutting of cake, and other events up until the bride and groom leave.
Staying no later than 12 midnight
After 12 midnight a surcharge applies of $5.00 per minute applies.

16:9 HDV (Widescreen TV) Duel Camera Shoot
This is a two camera shoot with two Videographers that capture the following.
Videographer One
Start at brides home 2 Hours before the photographer arrives filming whatever is happening with the girls (family & bridesmaids getting ready, makeup, hair, putting on shoes and jewellery, final straightening of dress, photographer setting up shots, etc).
Leave for church to setup and film groom, groomsmen, guests and church and await the arrival of the bride and bridal party, capturing the bride’s arrival and the walk down the aisle.
Full ceremony including the signing of register and photo’s outside the church.
Follow the photographer to all photo shoot locations capturing all the fun and laughter of the bridal party, as the photos are being taken.
At the reception, capturing the Bridal party’s arrival, the guests, speeches, dancing, cutting of cake, and other events up until the bride and groom leave.
Videographer Two
Start at grooms home 2 Hours before the photographer arrives filming whatever is happening with the guys (lazing around, fooling around, any family Fun, boys getting ready, putting on shoes and cufflinks etc)
Leave for the church to setup and film groom, groomsmen, guests and church, while waiting for the arrival of the bride and bridal party. At the church the two cameras are used for the ceremony thereby allowing for a fully comprehensive duel angle capture of the whole ceremony. The second camera will also record whatever else is happening at the church until the bridal party leaves for the photo shoot. The second camera now leaves and the rest of you day is recorded on the main camera, that started with the girls.
Staying no later than 12 midnight

Reception Photo Package
Many things happen as your evening progresses and usually your photographer has left and you wish you had some more photographs of your wedding day. We can answer that wish for you by offering you a special candid photo package printed and presented to you with your wedding DVD.
This photo package consisting of 35 (5x7) photographs capturing:
Speeches
Real cutting of the cake
Real Bridal waltz
Bouquet Toss
Garter Toss
Guests dancing
As well as other various guest and bridal party shots.
Typically all the photos you miss out on because your photographer has left.
This package is only available when purchased with one of our video packages and when you do not have a photographer staying for your reception.
The Photos will be available immediately on the night.
